These packages are available for Malaysians and foreigners who :
- Pass any required credit check
- For exciting Digi customer, you have to ensure that you don't have outstanding bill payments of more than 2 months
- Valid NRIC ( Malaysian ) ; Passport with valid permits/visa and valid credit card for auto-billing ( Foreigners )
- The billing address MUST be within the coverage area
Besides that, you can also upgrade or downgrade your existing Broadband package by visiting the nearest Digi Centre. It tooks within 2hours for your broadband service to be activated. Every month you will received an e-bill which is available for viewing via the OCS portal(no bills via post). Digi also giving out a FREE HP Mini with built-in broadband modem when you sign up for the Explore Plan.
P/S : Don't forget to check if your area is covered by Digi broadband before subcribing it....
